We are a fun fitness club offering training sessions and a free weekly run/walk. There will be a variety of workouts available for all fitness levels. This is a Hiking and Adventure group based in Delaware county Pennsylvania. We plan to have have two hikes a weekend. One somewhere here in Delaware county or near by, then another one at the Pinnacle and the Pulpit or somewhere that may involve a little drive. In that case we will organize carpools.
