Some of my early thoughts during the meeting (my first) was that this was similar to many of the 'networking' groups from years past but this with much higher objectives (a spiritual leaning?). Bothersome to me, was my carryover thought from networking days of yore, that here again we had a well educated group of well intentioned individuals mostly under (or un) employed who wanted more business (or businesses) for themselves. And perhaps its my own particular 'lack' here but I found it to my dislike that people were openly asking my support (prayers, thoughts, manifestations, good intentions) for their obvious, personal, monetary gain. Also, obvious to me, is that I apparently missed many of the parts, the 'punchlines' maybe, where, if this person's goals came to pass (a new store, a new business) that there would be a corresponding benefit to humanity. I likely misunderstood the objectives of the group. I firmly believe in miracles but not in trying to manifest them for myself except when someone else benefits first (and especially). ”
