Welcome to the East Bay Travel Club!

Come out to meet people who like to travel the world, find out about their past experiences and advice on future adventures. Who knows but you might find travel companions and have great fun?

My best memories of travel were me and my brother in the back seat of my family's car taking road trips from Illinois to Florida, California/East Coast, or exploring ports on dad's boat along the Illinois river, Michigan City sand dunes, Grand Haven, Michigan artist colony, Holland, Michigan's singing fireworks bridge. When on car trips, mom would pull out a Coleman camp stove and make coffee on a picnic table, how embarassing, but memorative. I'll never forget the time in Michigan we had to evacuate the boat to a motel as a storm was coming in, the port of Milwaukee with a hut that had the hugest shrimp or waking up docked next to a cargo ship.

Hope I'll see you at the next meeting and I'm the blond who resembles Martha Stewart.
