DRESS CODE: You won't see ball gowns or tuxedos, but please remember no running shoes, t-shirts, or jeans. The event will take place in the elegant Monet Ballroom.
Note: Grand Plaza Hotel has agreed to offer us reduced prices on selected beverages. As per hotel’s policy, the prices quoted include all taxes and tips: red / white house wine $8.50; domestic beer $6.50.
* This is not a sit down dinner. There will be a selection of Gourmet Hors d'Oeuvres between 8:30 and 9:30 PM. We suggest everyone have dinner before arriving.
* There will be a Cash Bar Only, no debit or credit cards so make sure you stop at the ATM before coming.
Hotel Info. Grand Plaza Hotel is a 4-star hotel in downtown of Montreal. The hotel has agreed to offer us a special price for their rooms at $99 + tax, including breakfast. Please mention that you wish to apply the MMA code to get the reduced price. The price is valid any time up to January 1, 2010 and can also be used by non-MMA members.
Parking Info. There is plenty of indoor valet parking available at $15. Also, there should be lots of taxis available downtown. Please remember do not drink and drive.
Note: We expect that the majority of participants will be from mid to late 20s to mid to late 40s. All ages are welcome.
