Edinburgh Travellers

Hi this is a group for like-minded group of people of all ages to take advantage of some of the great travel offers and flights that abound these days. The idea is to get together to travel for 3 or 4 citybreaks over the coming year in the first instance, each paying our own way but trying to get accommodation fairly close together (different people will have different budgets!). Then we can either group up to see the sights or do our own thing, getting together for a drink or dinner in the evening. I'm imagining Barcelona, Milan, Prague, Venice, Florence, Cairo, Marrakesh - and anywhere else anyone wants to put in the pot. With so many flights leaving from Edinburgh and Glasgow - there must be others out there wanting to see the world! Our first group weekend was to Milan on 2nd November, our second was to Madrid at the end of January 2008, and the April trip was to Barcelona. Due to summer holidays, next trip will probably be the Autumn, but will put a few social nights on the calendar between then and now so keep watching!
