Discover How to Travel at Discount Travel Professional Rates!

I just received an invitation from the New Orleans convention and Visitors Bureau to come visit New Orleans this summer, 3 days, 2 nights, for $45 and I wanted to share this information with those who had expressed an interest in discounted travel.

This is called a FAM or Familiarization trip in the travel business. This is when Tourist Boards of various countries, Visitors Bureaus of various states as well as individual resorts and clubs invite travel professionals to visit their facilities for free or at very low rates. Why would they do this? Word of Mouth advertising is the Best!
