1. Group Activity Contribution Fee: $1.00 per person. The accumulated fund will be used to purchase the Thank-You gifts for our Speakers, the administration fees PAYABLE to Meetup.com, a for-profit entity, for keeping our group on an ACTIVE status, and miscellaneous expenditures!!


2. "YES" RSVPs: If you are NOT 100% sure of your attendance after RSVPed "Yes", please change your RSVP to "No" by 6:00pm 7/31 to give other members an opportunity to sign up. A change to RSVP "No" AFTER 6:00 pm is considered a "NO SHOW". A "CONFIRMED" yes by 6:00pm on 7/31 is required to secure your seat at the restaurant, please confirm it with your RSVP. The CENTER table is reserved for those who confirm and show up for the event!! Please help me make it a pleasant event for you and our members with your cooperation!! Thanks!!!!

3. If you'd like to attend a full event, RSVP "NO" indicating "waitlist" and check often to update your RSVP once the space opens up. I'll try to secure more slots for you!


4. Potential Event Crashers: This practice is NOT recommended, as it is NOT fair to those members who follow the RSVP rules. So, please "WAITLIST" yourself and check in often in case some slots are available!!
