Sweet Corn Fritters, Fried Chili Seasoning, Balinese Chicken on a stick with grated coconut , Beans in Coconut Milk , Fragrant Yellow Rice, Hibiscus Tea and dessert

Flavors: Ginger, Spices, Kaffir Lime, Tamarind, Soy Sauce, Palm Sugar, Chilli, Garlic, Red Shallot, Coconut, Lemon Basil, etc.

Source of ingredients: Primarily are goal is to use seasonal, local, organic, free range, hormone free ingredients. Some of the spices and herbs are imported like the aromatic ginger (Kencur) and coconut milk. Your chefs are seasoned California Chefs with intuitive cooking practices.

This is not a cooking class, it's a tasting and socializing meet up. Come taste, exchange cards and jot down some notes about our future meetings.

-I just arrived back from Bali and in the Intl Herald there was an article that the dollar would be heading toward 9500 rupiah/dollar by year end. That's even 12% more for your buck! And I got a new Media connection in Bali this week. Sat next to him at the famous Naughty Nuri's restaurant in Ubud. He's got over 400 people on his facebook.

Who attended?

    •  Food was great and the conversation began. Food definitely is the way to connect to Bali.
    •  Very good congenial group with similar ideas. I am still interested to see where it takes us, since we really didn't talk any specific travel to either Bali or beyond...
