Introduction
I work for an eco-lodge in Belize where run chocolate trips (Clay's been there!). Now I know more about the stuff than I ever intended to, but this only makes me love chocolate more.
Where is the most exotic place you've ever eaten chocolate?
Probably Eladio Pop's cacao farm in the Belizean rainforest.
Do you prefer 4-Star plus UltraLuxe travel, eco-travel, or like to mix it up a little?
I am a do-it-yourself type.
Where are some of the places you'd like to take a chocolate travel adventure to?
Now that I've done Belize, I'm ready for some African cacao.
