How to Create a Travel Photo Book

The June Meeting will feature Margaret Norville conducting a presentation on creating travel photo book. Most of us have seen and marveled at Margaret photo books, now she's going to show how to do it ourselves. Here Margaret's comments on the meetig;

"I suspect you, like most travelers, have a huge dead photo file of wonderful images and memories that lay dormant in your computer or in a box of pictures. There are a number of internet companies that provide free software then print and bind a book that you design with your own photos and words. There are variations in style, options and cost. If you Google: photo book, you can find a current list of these companies.

Although the software they offer is intuitive and designed to be effectively used by a novice, it does presume the user has some computer skills and can understand computer logic. Once you understand the procedures and work flow, you should be able to use any company to create a wonderful book to keep or give as a gift.

At the next Travel MeetUp, I will walk you through the procedure to make your own book and share information and tips I¢ve learned by experience. By the end of the session, I¢m confident that you will want to roll up your sleeves and create your own work of art.
