I'm an adventure traveler and tend to incorporate the holistic to my experiences.

What is your experience with Theme Travel -- specifically Holistic and Wellness travel?

I'm about to spend some time at Kripalu, a yoga & health center in Mass., as well as Kadampta Meditation Center in N.Y. I've been to the far east, middle east, and south america and had incredible experiences.
