It was very nice to hear from you. I kept on checking my the la cooking calendar. U nfortunately everytime I want to attend an event it was full; for instance I want to attend la creme brulee one but it's full. I guess I have to make reservation way in advance. How is life treating you these days? I miss you too. May be we can get together sometime in October. I moved to a new place with my family, so I'm still getting settled. Talk to you soon. ”

“ Hi Sally, thanks for adding me. I'm excited about the Indonesian cooking lesson! Brings back memories of when I took a cooking lesson from a cooking school in Thailand - we went to the market in the morning with the teacher and bought all the food and cooked together. The French Laundry is up in the Bay Area in Yountville. They have their own farmer who grows all the vegetables they use in the kitchen (about an acre?). Look forward to meeting you and fellow food lovers! ”
